We found the perfect country setting, with a perfect view… not to mention a raggedy old red barn and a summer kitchen! I have to admit, I had never heard of a summer kitchen. But it was quite intriguing~ apparently in the days before air conditioning, a “summer kitchen” was added to homes so that the heat from the fires for canning and such would not heat up the whole house! It was quite cute, but looked more like an old schoolhouse to me! Ok… that’s enough of the history lesson! :)

It was so much fun running around the Indianapolis Museum of Art grounds! There were so many great places for shooting photos! The LOVE statue, though huge and hard to work with photo wise sure makes the perfect backdrop for the couple that is in love!
